WHAT
Academy β Training, Game Transferable Skills, and possibly a Tournament. A developmental program run by Alcatraz Outlaws directors, local high school coaches, and collegiate players.
WHO
Open to all players 10 - 18 years old looking to train and develop skills in the Fall/Winter offseason to gain valuable coaching and experience. Players will be grouped for training and team play based on the criteria of age, ability as well as their local high school team to provide and maximize quality of reps, and chemistry with their teammates.

Per-Anders Olters
Played @ University of Vermont, where he was the first German to play NCAA D1 Lacrosse. He also competed on the German National Team in both field and box lacrosse in the World Championships.
Coaching Experience
He coached the German National team in the 2025 European Championships and brings extensive coaching experience to develop young players in the Bay Area.

Offseason Opportunity
There is a gap of offseason lacrosse opportunity for players (especially multisport athletes) looking to train, play, and compete locally without the full-time club commitment.
High-Level Training
In addition to high-level training, we are incorporating small-sided games and in-depth coaching to maximize player development.
