Outlaws believe finding the right exposure is critical to the recruiting process. Quality over quantity, there is such a thing as over-exposure. A College Prospect day allows you to play in front of the right coaches and see the campuses which interest you.

As a philosophy, we believe in providing the highest level of coaching, mentoring and small group training so that players are equip to be impact players on their teams. We have broken our process down into 4 categories;

  • MEETING HOURS

    • All rising sophomores, juniors and seniors will have the opportunity to schedule 2 annual meetings to thoroughly go over options and process with our recruiting coordinator. 

    • Film critique feedback and breakdown to improve the players game. (Additional cost to families) 

  • PROGRAM WIDE ZOOM & IN-PERSON PRESENTATIONS 

    • 2 annual meetings to discuss navigating the college recruiting process 

    • 1 annual meeting to discuss prep & boarding school process 

  • ADDED ASSETS

    • All high school players receive a Sports Recruit account 

    • All players receive an account for NextPro film 

    • Best practices PDF for navigating college recruiting.

    • Best practices PDF for navigating prep & boarding school process.

    • Recommended videographer for highlight film creation.

    • Film critique feedback and breakdown to improve the players game. (Additional cost to families).

  • AFFILIATES & SHOWCASE

    • We have several national club teams that we will be collaborating with or sending guest players to play on. {list team college and clickable websites on logos}

    • We have several regional programs that players can guest play on to get more game reps for players that need it. {list team college and clickable websites on logos}

    • Relaunch of Impact10 Showcase, run for 3 years until the pandemic made it come to a pause, Impact10 Showcase gathered NCAA division 1,2,3 and MCLA coaches for a weekend of teaching and observing players in an small setting. The event also had the esteemed Committed vs Uncommitted all-star game. 

    • Adidas All-State Games, AO directors have ability to held select players for the event. 

The goal is to create a player who loves to learn, isn’t afraid to be creative, innovative and brave. Once a player is fully bought in on honing the lacrosse craft, we believe that the focus on athletic performance is crucial to a player moving from good to great. We have several partnered trainers around the bay that we recommend and will be implementing them in our training curriculum.
